Terms of Service
Effective October 6, 2026
The short version
- Race hard, fight dirty on the road, play fair off it.
- No cheating, no offensive names, no attacking our servers.
- Premium bikes are a license to use content in the game, bought through Google Play.
- The game is provided as is, and online features can change.
1. Agreement
These terms are an agreement between you and Tanvir Mahin ("we", "us") for the Rash Riders app, its online services and this website (together, the "Service"). By installing or using the Service you accept these terms and our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.
2. Who can play
You must be at least 13 years old, or the higher minimum age required where you live, to use online features. If you are under the age of majority, a parent or guardian must accept these terms for you.
3. Your license to use the game
We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and play Rash Riders on devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial entertainment. You may not copy, sell, rent, sublicense or distribute the app, or decompile or reverse engineer it except where the law allows this despite this restriction.
4. Accounts
The app creates a guest account automatically. Connecting Google Play Games links that account to your Play Games profile so you can restore it on other devices. You are responsible for activity on your account and devices. A guest account that is not connected to Google Play Games may be impossible to recover if you lose your device or uninstall the app.
5. Fair play
Combat is part of the race; cheating isn't. You must not:
- use modified clients, bots, macros, speed hacks, memory editors, packet manipulation or any exploit to gain an advantage;
- manipulate matchmaking or rank, for example by win-trading, deliberately losing, or sharing or boosting accounts;
- exploit bugs instead of reporting them;
- attack, overload, probe or disrupt our servers or other players' devices, or bypass rate limits or security measures.
See our Fair Play rules. We may void results, reset rank or progress, or suspend accounts that break them.
6. Conduct and rider names
Your rider name is visible to other players. It must not be hateful, harassing, sexual, violent, impersonate another person or brand, contain personal information, or be otherwise offensive or unlawful. We may change or remove names that break these rules, and we may automatically filter names. You keep any rights you have in your name and allow us to display it in the game and on our services while your account exists.
7. Virtual items and premium bikes
Cash, XP, bikes, cosmetic items and premium bikes ("virtual items") are licensed to you, not sold. They have no monetary value, cannot be redeemed for money, and may not be sold, traded or transferred outside the game.
- Premium bikes are one-time purchases made through Google Play, which handles payment under its own terms. Prices are shown in the app before you buy.
- Purchased bikes are tied to your account and can be restored on other devices signed in to the same Google Play Games account.
- Refunds are handled under Google Play's refund policies and applicable law. If a purchase is refunded or charged back, the bike it unlocked is removed (an equipped bike is replaced by your starter bike).
- We may rebalance bikes, abilities and items to keep the game fair. Premium bikes are designed as sidegrades and remain usable.
- Deleting your account deletes your virtual items, including purchased bikes. They cannot be restored afterwards.
Nothing in this section limits rights you have under consumer protection law.
8. Our content
The game, its code, art, sound, music, names and logos belong to us or our licensors and are protected by law. These terms do not give you ownership of any of it.
9. Availability of online services
Offline and local Wi-Fi play work without our servers. Ranked, friends rooms, account sync and purchase verification depend on online services that we may update, change, limit or take down for maintenance. We work to keep them available but don't guarantee they will always be online, error-free or compatible with every device. If we permanently shut down online services, we will give reasonable notice in the app or on this website where possible.
10. Suspension and termination
You can stop using the Service at any time and delete your account in the app or as described on Delete your account. We may suspend or terminate your access to online features if you seriously or repeatedly break these terms, or if required by law. Sections 7, 8, 11, 12 and 13 survive termination.
11. Disclaimers
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Rash Riders is a game: please play it responsibly and never while driving or riding.
12. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for loss of data, progress or virtual items. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law, or your statutory rights as a consumer.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the developer's country of residence, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live, and you may bring claims in your local courts where the law allows.
14. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We will change the effective date above and, for significant changes, notify players in the app or on this website before they take effect. Continuing to use the Service after that means you accept the updated terms.
