Delete your account
Rash Riders by Tanvir Mahin. You can delete your account and the data linked to it at any time, from the app or by email.
1 In the app instant
- Open Rash Riders while connected to the internet.
- Go to Settings → Account → Delete account.
- Confirm. Your account is deleted from our servers immediately and the app returns to a fresh guest profile.
2 By email within 30 days
No longer have the app? Email tanvirmahin24@gmail.com with the subject Delete my Rash Riders account and include your rider name (shown on your Profile in the game). We may ask a question to confirm the account is yours, then delete it within 30 days and confirm by email.
What is deleted
- Your account: the hashed install IDs of your devices and the link to your Google Play Games player ID. Session tokens on your devices stop working.
- Your rider name, loadout, cash, XP, level, rank (MMR) and owned bikes and items – including premium bikes you bought. They cannot be restored afterwards.
- Your offline race history, and your purchase records (product, Google Play order ID, purchase token, time and status).
- Your name and link in online race results. Those races keep only anonymous rows (position, time, rank change) so other riders' results stay correct.
What is kept
- Anonymous race rows described above, which no longer contain your name or account.
- Database backups made before the deletion, which are deleted within 14 days.
- Game server logs that may contain your account's random ID (never your IP address), and network and hosting logs that may contain your IP address, which expire within 14 days.
- Google Play's own order records, kept by Google under its privacy policy. Deleting your account does not cancel or refund past purchases.
- Data on your phone (settings and cached progress) stays until you uninstall the app or clear its storage.
Google Play Games
Deleting your Rash Riders account does not delete your Google account or Play Games profile. To remove the game's connection from Google's side, visit your Google Play Games settings.
